Chuck Pfarrer, co-writer of the film, was a member of the SEALs and draws inspiration from his experience for the film's plot.

Although the film was not a great success in theaters, it was nevertheless a hit on video at the time when video clubs were renting films! 

 

Synopsis :

Operating in the Gulf of Oman, an American commando tries to free pilots who have been captured by terrorists. The mission was a partial success: not all the hostages could be freed, but some were saved and will be able to testify to the torture they suffered. Lieutenant Curran, the highest ranking Navy Seals, elite soldiers who distinguished themselves brilliantly in this mission, had time to identify the criminals' arsenal...

 

Opérant dans le golfe d'Oman, un commando américain tente de libérer des pilotes capturés par des terroristes. La mission fut un succès partiel : tous les otages n'ont pas pu être libérés, mais certains ont été sauvés et pourront témoigner des tortures qu'ils ont subies. Le lieutenant Curran, le plus hauts gradés des Navy Seals, et les soldats d'élite qui se sont brillamment illustrés dans cette mission, ont eu le temps d'identifier l'arsenal des criminels...
