Synopsis :
Inspired
by a true story. Patty and Drake who have just bought the house of
their dreams in Pacific Heights, San Francisco. To help them
financially, they decide to rent the room on the ground floor and choose
a man named Carter Hayes, who seems to be the ideal tenant. But as soon
as he moves in, things go wrong...
The
story location for the film is the Pacific Heights area of San
Francisco. However, the actual film location for Drake and Patty's house
is in Potrero Hill in San Francisco, specifically at the corner of 19th
and Texas Street. Other portions of the film were shot in Palm Springs,
California.
Synopsis :

d'une histoire vraie. Patty et Drake viennent d'acheter la maison de
leurs rêves à Pacific Heights, à San Francisco. Pour les aider
financièrement, ils décident de louer la chambre du rez-de-chaussée et
